First off let me just say that I’m a sore loser, so this whole Vicky Dhillon winning the election is straight up pissing me off. I wouldn’t have cared as much if he beat Mandeep but lost the election but this guy beat not only Mandeep but also Stella Ambler and Garnett Manning.
Here were the final results from the City of Brampton website:
| Wards 9 & 10 – City Councillor | ||
|---|---|---|
| Stella Ambler | 4029 | 23.80% | |
| Mandeep Dhaliwal | 2879 | 17.01% | |
| Vicky Dhillon | 4700 | 27.77% | |
| Daljit Gill | 620 | 3.66% | |
| Naiem Malik | 439 | 2.59% | |
| Garnett Manning | 4259 | 25.16% |
There is no way in hell this man got 4700 votes and beat Stella, Mandeep and Garnett without running some sort of scam. Most of you probably think I’m just playa hating and maybe I am but something is still fishy here.
Now I’ve heard a couple of different theories that may or may not have happened such as: underage people trying to vote with fake id’s, Vicky getting out of territory people to change addresses to within the wards and Vicky having internal people messing with the ballots. Now all of them could be false and some of you may thing that they are far fetched and that Vicky could have won this election fairly but I refuse to believe that. Something wasn’t right here and in the back of your minds you might have a little a bit of doubt as well.
But at the end of the day, Vicky still won and nothing can be done or can it…?

Let it go, he beat mandeep on his own merit with almost double the votes. No way he scammed 2500 votes. 100-200 yea sure, but 2500? Let it go man, just let it go.

Manning seems upset also at the system -> http://www.northpeel.com/br/news/story/3774043p-4365258c.html
“Manning questioned a new voting system that he said was open to cheating, and said it may have contributed to his loss. Identical voters lists were held by all deputy returning officers (DROs) at each polling station, so if a voter was crossed off of one list at the time of voting, there is an average of three or as many as seven identical lists at the same station with the name remaining.
“Many people reported to me that they saw many people coming three and four times to vote. It was bad up here,” Manning said. “It’s a fundamentally flawed system and we need to investigate it.”
